These Terms govern your use of Trendstack Labs apps, including Fraghead and ClipIQ (the “Apps”). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information.

2. User content

You may be able to post or upload content (e.g., listings, photos, messages). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to host, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the Apps.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive.

3. Marketplace & transactions (Fraghead)

Fraghead may enable users to list items and message other users. Transactions may be handled by third-party payment providers where enabled. We do not guarantee product quality, listings accuracy, or user conduct. You are responsible for your purchases and sales.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Apps, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or reverse engineer

• harass others, spam, or distribute malicious code

• violate laws or third-party rights

5. Third-party services

The Apps may rely on third-party services (hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing). Their terms may apply.

6. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendstack Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the Apps.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security/operational reasons.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
