Delete Your Account

Effective date: February 4, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for Trendstack Labs apps, including Fraghead and ClipIQ (“Apps”).

Option A — Delete inside the app (if available)

If you see an in-app option like Delete Account in Profile / Settings, use that. It’s the fastest way and starts deletion automatically.

Option B — Delete by email (always available)

If you don’t see an in-app delete option, you can request deletion by email.

Please include:

  • App name (Fraghead / ClipIQ)

  • Account email used to sign in

  • Your username (if applicable)

  • A short message confirming: “I want to permanently delete my account and associated data.”

To protect you, we may ask for a quick verification step to confirm you own the account.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we delete (or permanently de-identify where applicable):

  • Your account profile (e.g., user ID/profile details)

  • Your listings and listing content you created (as applicable)

  • Your messages/chats associated with your account (as applicable)

  • Uploaded media tied to your account (as applicable)

  • Other app data that is reasonably linked to your account

What may be retained

We may retain limited data only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes, such as:

  • Records required to comply with laws/regulations

  • Security logs (to prevent abuse/fraud)

  • Financial/transaction records if you made purchases (retained for tax/accounting/legal obligations)

Retained data is protected and kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Deletion timeframe

Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days. In some cases (legal/security/compliance), certain data may be retained longer as described above.
