Trendstack Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides mobile apps including Fraghead and ClipIQ (“Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account information (if you create an account): email, user ID, and basic profile details you provide.
User content: content you submit in the Apps (e.g., listings, messages, images, and other text you enter).
Device/app data: app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, and basic diagnostic data to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
Payments: if purchases are enabled, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Google Play Billing). We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Apps (authentication, core features, messaging, listings, etc.)

  • Customer support and troubleshooting

  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention

  • Improve features and app performance

  • Comply with legal obligations

Sharing of information

We may share information:

  • With service providers who help run the Apps (hosting, databases, storage, analytics/crash reporting, payment processing)

  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights/safety

  • In connection with a business transfer (e.g., acquisition), subject to this policy

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Apps and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

You can:

  • Access and update your account information in the App (if available)

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data (see “Delete your account”)

  • Contact us about privacy questions

Children

The Apps are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.
